Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is an environmental protection approach. According to the EPR policy, the seller is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the products they sell (including the return, recycling, and final disposal).
From January 2022, under French law, business sellers selling new items in certain categories on eBay.fr will be required to add extra information to their listings:
- Unique Producer Identification Number (UPIN)
- Eco fees
- Repair score
- Take-back of old items

Before you dive into the settings configuration, ensure that all eBay marketplace data is up to date in your extension under eBay integration > Configuration > Marketplaces.
Go to eBay integration > Configuration > Categories.
Select the category, which requires EPR-compliant items.
Locate EPR specifics within the list and set them using values from your product attributes.
Save the changes.
Once done, your EPR specifics will be automatically synced with eBay. It really couldn't be easier!
