Manage buyer-initiated cancellation orders

Managing buyer-initiated cancellation orders can be a challenging task for online sellers. However, with the help of M2E Pro, the process can become simpler and more efficient.

As soon as a buyer submits a request to cancel an order, M2E Pro will receive an update and display a note in the eBay/Amazon/ Walmart sales grid in the ‘Items’ column. This allows you to quickly identify the order that needs to be handled.

M2E Pro also creates a log inside the imported order, which can be accessed by the seller. The log includes information about the cancellation request, such as the reason provided by the buyer.

This information can be helpful in understanding the reasons behind cancellation requests and making improvements to your products or services.

Once you have identified the order that needs to be managed, M2E Pro provides an option to either accept or decline the buyer's cancellation request. This is done through the buttons that become available next to the order status inside the order details.

With this feature, M2E Pro allows sellers to handle cancellation requests efficiently and promptly, as well as maintain a positive reputation in the marketplace, which is crucial for long-term success.
