Troubleshooting “Product Variations are assigned incorrectly or missing for the selected Store View”

Have you ever had an issue when M2E Pro identified your product as Variational, although there were no variations? 

This could be because no product variations were assigned to the Magento Store View associated with your M2E Pro Listing. Or, it could be because third-party plugins override Magento's core functionality and prevent M2E Pro from processing and interpreting the data correctly. 

Regardless of the cause of the issue, this article contains tips on how to fix it.

Ensure the proper Website is assigned for each product

  1. Navigate to Catalog > Products

  2. Click on the edit icon of the product you want to check.

  3. Select a Website associated with it. If more than one website is listed in this section, make sure all websites are selected. 

  4. Once done, save your changes and refresh the page.

Ensure no third-party extensions override your settings

  1. Go to System > Extensions > Integrations

  2. Look for extensions that may be causing setup issues.

If you find any third-party extensions that may override settings, disable them and see if that resolves the issue.
