Some products are not displayed as available for adding to the M2E Pro Listing

When adding products to the M2E Pro Listing, you may face a situation when certain items are not displayed in the grid as available for adding.

This happens because M2E Pro hides products that are already added to another Listing in order to help you avoid adding a duplicate.

Tip

This refers only to products added to the same Channel account and marketplace.

To make such products visible in the grid:

- for Magento 2: under eBay/Amazon/Walmart > Listings > Add Products > check the box "Show Products presented in other M2E Pro Listings"

- for Magento 1: under eBay/Amazon/Walmart > Listings > Add Products > under Advanced Filter > select "No" from the drop-down menu near "Hide Products presented in other M2E Pro Listings."

Note

Product duplicates can result in a listing being suspended on the Channel.
