Automated Handling Time on Amazon

Modified on Mon, 12 Aug at 7:34 PM

The automated handling time feature assigns a specific handling time to each product SKU based on the seller's historical shipping data. It also monitors the seller's order volume and dynamically adjusts handling times to prevent the seller from being overwhelmed by sudden order spikes.

If Automated Handling Time is enabled on Seller Central, it will override the Production Time settings provided via M2E Pro > Selling Settings.

On the other hand, when this feature is turned off, the SKU-specific handling times will revert to their previous settings, ensuring sellers do not lose their original configurations and can easily switch back if desired.

This setting automatically adjusts the Handling Time value, including a same-day handling time for SKUs shipped on the same day the order is received or order-handling capacity based on past sale performance.
