The error may occur if the Product Type of an item has been updated on Amazon.
You can resolve the issue in two simple steps:
1) For Magento 1, update the marketplaces where you're selling the item. Go to Amazon > Configurations > Marketplaces and click Update.
For Magento 2, navigate to Amazon Integration > Configuration > Product Types, and click on the Refresh Amazon Data button to ensure that you have the most up-to-date information in your M2E Pro.
2) For Magento 2, edit Product Type settings under Amazon Integration > Configuration > Product Types. Then assign Product Type to your items under Amazon Integration > M2E Pro > Listings > Settings View Mode. Find the full instructions here.
