You've reached the number of items you can list

eBay sets limits on the number of items and currency values that you can list on your seller account. This is a way of monitoring sellers’ growth in the marketplace.

For example, the standard selling limit on a new seller account is set to 10 items with a total value of up to $500 per month. It means if you upload 2 listings with 5 variations each, you have reached the limit and won’t be able to list more until the following month.

The message you received from the channel means that the number of listed items at their price is beyond the limit imposed on your account by eBay.

You can check your current selling limit in your seller account and request an increase if you’ve reached or are close to the monthly limit. Yet, eBay will review your account every month and increase the selling limit automatically if it meets eBay criteria and has strong performance metrics.

Note: You should also check M2E Pro Revise Rules at eBay > Configuration > Synchronization Policy and decrease the number of revises on eBay.
