If you have received this error from eBay, it means you are using Best Offer on your channel listings and have the Auto Accept/Auto Decline settings enabled.
In order to resolve the error, you’d need to decrease the value set for the ‘Auto Decline’ so that it’s below the Buy It Now price.
According to eBay, they would “accept or decline the Best Offer for you, based on the price limits you select. Buyers won't know your limits, but the upper limit must be below your Buy It Now price”.
