The error: “eBay created request which cannot be read” appears when in a policy or some attribute of the Magento product has a special text character which makes fail eBay service to process data.
Typically such characters appear if you copy and paste text from somewhere to Magento.
So you need to review data in Magento product or in the M2E Pro policy and correct it.
