The error occurs if you use a Custom Attribute to specify some of Specifics and this Attribute is empty or has an invalid value in your product.
For example, if you used a Custom Attribute to specify a Shipping Service Cost in your Shipping Policy tab but entered invalid data, you’ll get the error “Input data for Shipping Service Cost is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation”.
To solve the problem check if the attribute you use in a Shipping Service Cost has a valid value.
