How to change login email on Clients Portal

To change a login email of your customer account on Clients Portal, follow the next steps:


  • sign in to your current account;
  • click on an arrow sign next to your email address in the top right corner of the page;
  • select My Profile option;
  • in Change Email field enter your new email address; 
  • click Submit to save the changes.


All the future subscription-related notifications will be sent to this email, so it’s vital to keep it up to date.
